Bull Market Support Band

How to read it
The Bull Market Support Band (BMSB) is the area between the 20-week simple moving average (cyan) and the 21-week exponential moving average (orange). Together the two lines form a band that has historically been the line in the sand between bull and bear regimes for Bitcoin.
Price above both → confirmed bull market; the band tends to act as support on pullbacks. Price below both → confirmed bear; the band tends to act as resistance on bounces. When price is sitting inside the band, treat it as a transitional regime - wait for a clear close above or below both lines before treating the regime change as confirmed.
The 20w SMA gives the slow, smoothed mean. The 21w EMA reacts slightly faster to recent price action. The classic BMSB treatment shades the area between the two - the same area on this chart is just the visual gap between the cyan and orange lines.
