Will the free tier always stay free?
Yes. Every standard indicator stays free forever, at full resolution and with no account required - that's the audience-building deal. Membership is for the Smitty Originals, the proprietary research, and the tools on top.
Monthly or annual - which should I pick?
If you're sure you want full access for at least 11 months, the annual plan saves you 10%. Otherwise start monthly; you can always switch later from the billing portal.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage your subscription from the /account page - one click to the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel, update card, view invoices. No retention friction.
What payment methods are supported?
All major cards via Stripe Checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay work where the device supports them. International cards welcome.
What's the refund policy?
If something breaks or you're unhappy in the first 7 days, email and I'll refund - no forms, no haggling. After that, cancel anytime and you keep access through the end of your billing period.
