How to read it

MACD = 12-period EMA − 26-period EMA. Signal line = 9-period EMA of the MACD line. Histogram = MACD − Signal.

When MACD crosses above the signal line, momentum is turning up (bullish cross). When it crosses below, momentum is turning down. The histogram visualizes the gap between the two lines - divergences between price highs and histogram highs are what most chartists actually look for.

Currently MACD is below signal (bearish).
